  • CrossFit Foundations

    Are you new to CrossFit and want to learn the terminology and proper form? We have a 6 session one on one foundations course to get you ready for class! Contact us to get started!

  • Ladies Small Group Strength Class

    This strength based class led by coach Sally meets Tuesday and/or Thursdays 6:30-7:30am. This class focuses exclusively on strength building and is designed for all levels of women to get comfortable lifting heavy weights in a supportive environment and gain foundational strength which can help support outdoor adventures/other sports as well as longevity and overall health.

    *This class is a small group program that runs in six week cycles throughout the year with a limited number of spots available for each cycle. Please contact sshurbaj@gmail.com for more information.

  • Ladies Small Group Strength & HITT

    Do you want to workout in a group setting but maybe CrossFit is not for you? We offer an all ladies class that is similar to CrossFit but personalized to your needs in a small group setting. We meet M/W/F at 6:30AM.
